Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website
კოლხეთის სამეფო (the "Game"), operated by AssisTTech Corp., a company organized
under the laws of the United States ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account,
accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of
majority in your country, you may use the Game and make purchases only with the
involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by
these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your
credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify
us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms.
3. Virtual Goods & Purchases
The Game offers virtual items, premium access, and other digital content
("Virtual Goods"). Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, to you for personal,
non-commercial use within the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be
redeemed for real money, and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted
by us. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Goods at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Prices are
displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may exclude applicable taxes, which are your
responsibility. By making a purchase, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge
your selected payment method. We do not collect or store your full card details;
these are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party
software; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or other accounts;
(c) buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Goods outside the Game; (d) harass
other users; or (e) use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these
Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game and any Virtual Goods ends.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssisTTech Corp. shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of
the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid
to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted
with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AssisTTech Corp. collects, uses, and protects
information when you use the Game.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: your chosen player ID and a hashed password.
- Gameplay data: progress, in-game activity, purchases, and preferences.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We receive only limited
transaction details (e.g., amount, status, an order reference). We never receive
or store your full card number.
- Technical data: session cookies and basic logs needed to operate the
Game securely.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the Game, process purchases, grant Virtual Goods,
prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Game,
including Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal information. We may
disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is essential for the Game to
function and is not used for advertising.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or
as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by
contacting us. Some data may be retained where required by law.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Refund Policy
The Game sells digital Virtual Goods that are delivered to your account
immediately after a successful payment.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because Virtual Goods are digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are
final and non-refundable once the items have been credited to your account, except
where required by applicable law.
2. Exceptions (the only cases we refund)
We will issue a refund only if: (a) you were charged but the Virtual Goods were
never delivered due to a technical error; or (b) you were charged more than once
for the same order in error. Requests must be made within 14 days of the
transaction. In all other cases, payments are non-refundable.
3. How to Request
Email assistechcorp@gmail.com
with your player ID and the order reference (shown in your purchase history). We
aim to respond within a few business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it
with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.

თამაშს უკანონო მიზნით.
6. შეწყვეტა
ჩვენ შეგვიძლია ნებისმიერ დროს შევაჩეროთ ან შევწყვიტოთ თქვენი წვდომა წესების
დარღვევისთვის. შეწყვეტისას მთავრდება თქვენი უფლება ისარგებლოთ თამაშითა და
ვირტუალური ნივთებით.
7. პასუხისმგებლობის უარყოფა
თამაში მოწოდებულია „როგორც არის" და „როგორც ხელმისაწვდომია", ყოველგვარი
გარანტიის გარეშე, კანონით ნებადართულ მაქსიმალურ ფარგლებში. ჩვენ არ ვიძლევით

4. ქუქი

დაბრუნების პოლიტიკა
თამაში ყიდის ციფრულ ვირტუალურ ნივთებს, რომლებიც წარმატებული გადახდისთანავე

1. ყველა გაყიდვა საბოლოოა
ვინაიდან ვირტუალური ნივთები ციფრულია და მყისიერად მიეწოდება, ყველა შესყიდვა
საბოლოოა და თანხა არ ბრუნდება მას შემდეგ, რაც ნივთები ანგარიშზე დაირიცხება, გარდა
კანონით გათვალისწინებული შემთხვევებისა.
2. გამონაკლისები (ერთადერთი შემთხვევები, როცა თანხა ბრუნდება)
თანხას დავაბრუნებთ მხოლოდ თუ: (ა) თანხა ჩამოგეჭრათ, მაგრამ ვირტუალური ნივთები
